I’m James Gross.
I’m a Georgia Continuing Education Instructor and Mortgage Loan Consultant. As a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, I work with homebuyers and real estate professionals throughout Florida and Georgia to make mortgage financing easier to understand.
In my continuing education classes, I use real-world buyer scenarios to help Georgia real estate professionals recognize affordability challenges, ask better financing questions, and collaborate more effectively with lenders—all while staying within the appropriate boundaries of their real estate license.
